Bio

Jamie Ergle is the President of Global Workplace Solutions East Division.  In this role, she is responsible for CBRE's occupier clients in the Eastern United States including the provision of Enterprise Facility Management, Project Management, and Transaction Management and Strategic Consulting services.   In this role Jamie brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate real estate with experience across all service lines.   

Previously, Jamie served as the Global Alliance Director on the Microsoft account, serving as the single point of contact responsible for all the services being provided by CBRE under the IOS and Global Integrator contracts.  At Microsoft, Jamie led a team of 900+ CBRE employees and was responsible for managing all service providers delivering integrated Portfolio Planning, Transaction Management, Facility Management, Global Finance, and Procurement services to Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft Jamie was the Global Alliance Director for Cisco Systems and led a team of 200+ employees providing Facilities Management, Project Management, and Planning services.  Prior to Cisco and with Trammell Crow Company Jamie was the Regional Operations Director responsible for supporting all Corporate Accounts in the West Region.

Jamie has spent most of her career focused on supporting and managing services outsourced to large corporate customers.  Jamie joined CBRE (formerly Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 1997 and over the past 16 years has been recognized as a top performer for her ability to drive high client satisfaction by proactively delivering solutions to large corporate customers and her ability to manage large global teams.  Prior to joining CBRE Jamie was the Operations Manager responsible for all business operations including a call center, HR, and Accounting for a small construction and facility services company that TCC acquired in 1997.
