Jamie Dennison

Jamie Dennison is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Advisory and Transaction Services group where she is focused on occupier services and tenant representation. She is committed to working with women owned, women led and women centric businesses to provide strategic real estate solutions in and around New York City. She also has a successful track record working on portfolio multi-market accounts for companies such as KPMG, UBS, MaryKay Cosmetics and MetLife.

Jamie has closed over 600 transactions on a global basis while working at CBRE. She has been a four-time finalist for NAIOP's Deal of the Year Award, and two-time winner. Prior to positioning herself in New York she spent the first eight years of her real estate career working in industrial brokerage where she specialized in port logistics and global supply chain for companies such as Michael Kors, Macy's, and Blue Apron.

Jamie is an active member within the CBRE community participating as a Chair of CBRE's Tri-State Women's Network from 2016-2018. She led the chapter to win the first ever Chapter of the Year award given by CBRE's National Women's Network and continues to serve on its Board. Prior to joining CBRE, Jamie attended Hamilton College. She continues to work with current students and alumni as a founding member of Hamilton Alumni in Real Estate (HARE). Jamie has two children and lives in New York City with her husband, Colby.
