Jamie Berenger

Jamie Berenger is Chief Credit Officer of the credit and asset management (CAM) team overseeing underwriting, asset management, and portfolio management for A10 Capital.Jamie has more than 15 years of experience in property valuation, underwriting, servicing, asset management, property acquisition, financial analysis, market research, due diligence, work-outs, portfolio valuation, bank acquisition due diligence, securitizations and portfolio management. Additionally, Jamie has been involved in over $2 billion of loans over the course of his career. Jamie joined A10 Capital in 2008.Prior to joining A10, Jamie worked in the finance department of a national real estate company. While there, he focused on obtaining debt for the acquisition of properties and helped manage the financing aspects of a $2.8 billion portfolio. His experience in both origination and underwriting provides Jamie with a unique view on the analysis of commercial real estate properties.Jamie attended the University of Idaho and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business economics. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society.
