County and prior to that worked as an industrial research analyst for CBRE Group, Inc. in Tampa, FL. James began his commercial real estate career with

Colliers International in Fort Lauderdale, working with the Hotel Practices Group. Over the past 9 years, James has developed a unique skill set, which

enables him to exceed the expectations of his clients.

James focuses on industrial, office, and land assets in Southwest Florida. Along with his team members, James utilizes his experience in developing successful

business relations with local and national companies throughout Lee and Collier Counties. James' team is skilled in property valuation, marketing,

research, negotiating commercial leases and sales, transaction management and site analysis.
