James A Wall

James Wall is Senior Associate, Development for Rockefeller Group. In this role Mr. Wall is responsible for formulating and implementing the financial analyses of projects and of proposed asset sales, gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data in addition to assisting in the due diligence and entitlement processes. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Wall was with JLL Capital Markets focusing on underwriting commercial real estate dispositions as well as preparing investment advisory packages including valuations, market research, and disposition strategies. Mr. Wall holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Alabama. In addition, Mr. Wall serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Block Foundation Fund and is an active member of NAIOP.
