In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Mr. Troxell currently serves as Production Manager with CBRE/New England's Multifamily Investment Sales team. In this role, James is responsible for the creation and oversight of all multifamily marketing collateral. Prior to joining CBRE/NE, James was with Cushman & Wakefield's Multifamily team, which specialized in the sale of multifamily properties throughout the Northeast. James has been integral in providing the team with marketing support and the visual design services necessary to assist in the team's sales of multifamily properties. James has assisted in the marketing of over $9.2 billion worth of multifamily transactions.
