Profile

 

James Phillpott is a Director within Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Brokerage Services group, as well as a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Global Supply Chain Solutions practice.

 

With 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Phillpott possesses an extensive background in land and site acquisition, build-to-suit real estate consulting, and agency representation. In addition, he has represented numerous corporations in the acquisition of new facilities and disposition of surplus properties.

Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Florida

Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University
