Bio
James Olson, MAI has over 20 years of professional experience in the fee preparation of real estate appraisals, market studies and feasibility studies of commercial properties. Mr. Olson's primary experience encompasses a variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hotel, medical office, ambulatory surgical center, restaurant, parking garage, and low income housing with a specialization in regional/super regional shopping malls. He has worked with clients throughout the United States and appraised properties in over 30 states.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2002, Mr. Olson was a Senior Real Estate Appraiser with Realty Services International, a subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
