Jim Mosby joined the company in October 1998 as a broker specializing in office sales and leasing. During the past ten years, Jim and his team have completed more than nine million square feet of office sale and lease transactions valued at more than $2 billion on behalf of corporate and institutional clients. He was elected as a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2004 and earned his CCIM designation in 2002, which made him part of an elite group of real estate specialists nationwide that hold the dual SIOR/CCIM designation.
