Bio
James Millon is a Vice Chairman in Debt & Structured Finance at CBRE and Co-Head of U.S. Large Loans focusing on institutional debt advisory. His expertise lies in originating, underwriting, pricing, structuring, negotiating, syndicating and securitizing large commercial real estate finance transactions.
Since joining CBRE in July of 2016, James has arranged more than $15 billion in large fixed- and floating-rate transactions ranging from single assets to large portfolios. To date, James has originated more than $36 billion in commercial real estate loans throughout the United States, spanning all property types.
Before joining CBRE, James was a Director in the commercial real estate loan origination and capital markets businesses at Deutsche Bank. While at Deutsche, he originated, structured, closed and sold transactions totaling $23 billion, earning a reputation for tackling some of the market’s most complex transactions.
James graduated from Pennsylvania State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Economics & MBA in Investment Management & Corporate Finance.
