James Michalove

Jamie Michalove works as a strategic investment advisor with Knickpoint. Mr. Michalove has extensive experience investing in real estate transactions across the capital structure.

Prior to working with Knickpoint Mr. Michalove was an investment professional within the Real Estate team at Varde Partners in New York and Minneapolis. During his tenure at Varde, he was involved in the execution and management of investments across a variety of asset classes and capital structures. Prior to Varde, Mr. Michalove completed an M.B.A. internship within the Real Estate team at Fir Tree Partners, and before this held positions with Magnum Real Estate, Eastdil Secured and Barclays Capital in New York.

Mr. Michalove holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.
