Beginning his real estate career in 1992, James Mecham is a First Vice President with CBRE who has extensive industry experience. James has gained valuable insight working in a variety of disciplines which include property management, development/construction, leasing, and property acquisition and disposition.
James joined CBRE in 2007 and specializes in office investment properties. Because of his vast experience, he is able to assist developers, owners and investors in navigating seamlessly through financial analyses, occupancy evaluations, debt-financing arrangements, strategy implementation, and the complex negotiation of lease and sale transactions.
During his tenure with CBRE, James has leased over 100,000 square feet of office space and has sold in excess of $40 million of real property.
