James McCann

James began his career in real estate in 2016 with JRMC Real Estate where he was responsible for managing all day-to-day activities for development of the Palomar Health Outpatient Center, a 225,000 square foot medical office campus. At West Bay, James is responsible for both generating and underwriting new loans for the mortgage fund.

James has a California Real Estate License, a Certification for Argus Enterprise, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). James holds an M.A. in Business from Leeds Beckett University, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. James was a four year starter and three year captain on the UCSD basketball team. Following his collegiate career, James went on to play professionally overseas for one year.
