Bio
James Hamilton is a Development Manager for JDA’s Land Division. In this role, James is responsible for sourcing new projects, permitting, design, and development for JDA's master planned communities in the Southeast. Prior to joining the Land Development Division, James was a Development Manager in the Self-Storage Division of JDA where he was responsible for the design, permitting and construction of JDA’s self-storage facilities in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. James received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College and is an active member of Urban Land Institute.
