James is a Director in Philadelphia office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL in 2018 and has extensive experience in retail real estate, including investment advisory and equity placement. James has 11 years of experience and is focused primarily on multi-tenant and STNL retail investment advisory transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic United States. Over the course of his career, James has been involved in more than $2.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to JLL, he worked in asset management for J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate America’s platform, working on a variety of institutional real estate assets across the United States.
