James Foxx, a Vice President in investment sales for CBRE Hotels, joined the firm in February 2016. James is based in Chicago, Illinois, and works with Nate Sahn on deals throughout the Midwest. Prior to working with Nate Sahn, he was an associate with CBRE Hotels in Houston where he specialized in hospitality properties located in Houston and Louisiana. James began his career in brokerage contributing to the financial underwriting process and directly impacted the decision-making process for acquisitions and dispositions for multi-million dollar hospitality assets across the U.S.
