James Fogarty

James Fogarty is a Managing Director at Macquarie Group. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President in Acquisitions for U.S. and Asia at Starwood Capital Group. He was primarily focused on acquisitions in the tri-state area, including New York City and made the firm's first investments into Australia. Mr. Fogarty was previously based in London and focused on acquisitions for Starwood.

Before joining Starwood Capital in 2011, he worked for 5 years in lending across various asset types and acquisitions of office buildings in the U.S.

Mr. Fogarty graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Real Estate.
