Bio
Jim Ellis is a co-founder of Ellis Partners and co-manages the operation of the firm, including oversight of all development and leasing activities.
Jim began his career with Koll Development Company where he participated in finance, development management, construction management, marketing and acquisitions. He left Koll in 1993 as a Director of Acquisitions.
Jim received his B.S. in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona. Jim is a past President of Berkeley Real Estate Associates, a past board member of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of NAIOP and a current member of Lambda Alpha Land Economics Honor Society, the Urban Land Institute, the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics and ICSC.
