Bio
James Dunphy III joined the family business in 2016 as Project Manager. His duties include ensuring that deadlines are met on all projects and that construction, start-up to completion, progresses smoothly. In addition to construction-related duties, he assists in site selection. James graduated from St. Leo University in 2015 with a degree in Sports Management. He is an avid sports fan, especially of Tampa-based teams. A member of ICSC, James’ interests include fitness, cycling, fishing, and travelling. James supports James supports Metropolitan Ministries, Helping Others Internationally and has traveled several times on mission trips to the Agalta Valley in Honduras.
