Jim Donnerstag has repeatedly proven himself to be one of the most adept sales professionals in the country. In every measure of performance, he consistently ranks among the best – within the offices of CBRE and among other sales professionals nationwide.

Throughout his career, Jim has consistently excelled. He has been awarded the Top Twenty or Colbert Coldwell Circle Award -- 17 times!  The award is only given to those Sales Professionals in the top 3% nationally.   

Jim has been the top salesman in CBRE nationally and ranked 2nd twice. He has also been named as the Top Retail Sales Professional and Top Investment Professional in the company. 

Specializing in the sale of investment properties, Jim Donnerstag has made shopping centers and single tenant, net-leased investments his primary focus. To date, he has sold over 200 of these projects. Collectively, his leasing and sales of shopping centers amounts to more than 15 million square feet.
