Based in Dallas, Mr. Carpenter specializes in Industrial Investment Sales. During his 30 year career, he has completed transactions comprising over 333 million square feet of property in 27 markets with total consideration in excess of $19.3 billion.

Mr. Carpenter's primary responsibility is Industrial Investment Sales across the Midwest. He also leads C&W's Industrial Advisory Group, a national practice group dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to industrial clients.
