Bio
James Brusco is a portfolio manager in the Real Estate Debt Strategies group. Brusco joined MetLife in 2004 as a loan originator in the northeast regional office where he managed a $1.5 billion mortgage portfolio and closed $1.6 billion in domestic debt. He also served in roles in risk management and real estate equity acquisitions. Before joining MetLife, Brusco spent 10 years on Wall Street, including 7 years with Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Brusco holds a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from Muhlenberg College and a Masters in real estate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU.
