James Bikoff

James Bikoff is a Director at The Ardent Companies. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions, entitlements, underwriting, and asset management for the residential real estate team. Prior to joining Ardent, James was a Land Acquisitioner with D.R. Horton, where he managed a pipeline of 3,000 residential lots in the metro Atlanta market. Prior to Horton, James was a Development Associate for Enfold Properties where he focused on developing boutique multi-family communities in Atlanta's urban core. Prior to Enfold, James was an Associate at JLL where he specialized in land sales, redevelopment strategies, and site selection for a variety of clients. James received a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
