Mr. Bayless joined CBRE in 2003 specializing in the representation of tenants and landlords for office properties. James has been instrumental in the strategic positioning of his client's assets to create maximum negotiating leverage on their behalf. He has facilitated transactions with such clients as Enghouse Interactive, Petsmart, USAA Insurance, Cox Communications, US Foods and Waste Management. His strengths include; leadership, creativity, relationship building, market knowledge, and implementation of successful leasing and sales strategies.
