Bio
Jim Baugnon joined the ECI Group of companies in May of 2016 as President of ECI Capital, LLC. He is responsible for all Development, Acquisition, Disposition, Finance and Asset Management functions within ECI. Mr. Baugnon is a Graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University where he graduated with honors. Mr. Baugnon has a long and successful track record in the multifamily industry where he has been active for more than 20 years. Prior to joining ECI, Mr. Baugnon was a development partner with Terwilliger Pappas and ran the Atlanta development office for Wood Partners.
