Bio
Jakob joined the team in 2012 to partner in the Private Client Services division. He comes to Newmark from Archangel Capital Partners, a local Seniors living developer, where he functioned as the Director of Real Estate. Prior to Archangel, Jakob worked as an acquisitions and asset manager for INCAP Fund, an urban land developer in Dallas. He is a graduate of the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he was an All-American swimmer.
