Jake Wright

Jake brings more than 12 years of experience to his role as President, Capital Market. He is responsible for producing and overseeing all analyses and underwriting for ground-up developments, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as capital market execution for all developments and acquisitions. During his tenure at Bainbridge, Jake has been an integral part of the underwriting, capitalization and execution of over $4.0 billion worth of acquisitions and developments, representing over 22,000 multifamily units. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Gettysburg College where he graduated cum laude and was a presidential scholar and member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon economics honor society. Prior to joining Bainbridge in 2007, Jake was a senior underwriter for Provident Funding.
