Bio
Jake Stroman serves as Senior Vice President, Co-Head of the Washington, DC Region. Prior to his appointment to this position in May 2021, Mr. Stroman served as Senior Vice President, Leasing.
Mr. Stroman joined the Company in 2004 and progressed through the Development department, assuming the role of Vice President in 2011. In 2019, Mr. Stroman transitioned to Head of Leasing, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020. Mr. Stroman has led complex and high-profile projects, leading both project management responsibilities as well as managing key customer relationships.
Mr. Stroman received a BS in Civil Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University and an MBA, Real Estate Development from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School.
