Jake Ramirez joined 13th Floor Investments in 2023. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Mr. Ramirez worked at two other real estate investment firms, gaining valuable industry knowledge and experience evaluating over $10 billion in assets. He brings with him a comprehensive understanding of the acquisitions process, from due diligence to closing deals. Mr. Ramirez’s attention to detail and financial modeling skills allow him to evaluate investment opportunities rigorously.
Mr. Ramirez holds both an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Miami.
