Bio
Jake Helmig is a Production Analyst for CBRE Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance Group in Philadelphia. Jake serves as a liaison between clients, lenders, and government agencies and is responsible for market and financial analysis, financial underwriting, loan submission packaging and loan closing.
Prior to joining CBRE, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Sugarhouse Casino where he was responsible for annual operating and capital budgets, P&L review, labor efficiency, market analysis and strategic planning.
Jake is a graduate of the College of Charleston, completing his B.S in both Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Jake was also a four year letterman for the varsity soccer team.
