Jake brings a depth of financial expertise to his role as a retail investment sales associate, supporting KLNB clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets. Mastering economic trends, debt markets, financial analysis, and underwriting, he expedites the marketing process and streamlines sales of a variety of assets spanning grocery-anchored neighborhood centers, unanchored strip centers, urban infill projects, and single-tenant properties.

Prior to joining KLNB, Jake specialized in market research and financial analysis for a boutique real estate investment firm in Northern Virginia. Jake graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate & Marketing.
