Jaime Jones Vantsa joined CBRE in 2023 and serves as Investment Sales Manager for the U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group in Denver, Colorado. CBRE Healthcare Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts), and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.

Jaime is responsible for strategic management oversight of operations and transactions. She supports the Healthcare Capital Markets Group in all phases of the team’s transactions - from proposals to closing. She helps manage the marketing process, including the preparation of offering materials and due diligence, to ensure all deal milestones are met for accurate execution. Jaime also assists in business development opportunities, helping Producers with marketing efforts on new or existing clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jaime spent 15+ years on the principal side managing transactions, due diligence, acquisitions, and dispositions for private equity firms located in Denver and the east coast. Jaime has managed the acquisition of over 91 assets totaling 8.9 million SF at an acquisition cost of $570 million, and the disposition of 80 assets totaling 5.2 million SF at a sales value of $410 million. She has worked on various product types including data centers, development/land, healthcare, industrial, office and retail assets. In addition to her experience in the investment industry, she also brings 10+ years of customer service experience in hospitality and sales.
