Jahsmine Victor is a commercial broker and marketing engineer who works with civic mined organizations to guide them through the real estate process. Jahsmine believes that the size of the organization does not equate to the impact. Organizations who serve their community deserve qualified representation and guidance in realizing their real estate goals.

Jahsmine has worked with dozens of high profile landlords across the DC area to help competitively position and market their asset to stand out in a saturated commercial market. As a marketing engineer and task master for her company and clients, Jahsmine ensures that her clients’ needs are meet in a timely manner to ensure projects are continuously move forward.

Jahsmine is active in her community and is currently part of the ULI Pathways to Inclusion program where she is able to connect with thought leaders in the commercial real estate realm. Jahsmine graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. – Social Science and Certificate – Gender Studies.
