I am responsible for the overall growth of Hanora Investment Group. My duties include budgeting, policies, procedures, overseeing accounting team and the regional managers who oversee the daily operations of all the facilities. I also review all capital expenditures to ensure delivery of all services, optimize spending and manage adherence to company standards.
I work closely with the marketing manager for the marketing strategies for the storage facilities. I lead our acquisition team for soliciting new acquisition, review, due-diligence and market research of potential Storage acquisitions. I formulate detailed feasibility analysis of each property for review by corporate investment team and partners. I am responsible for the monthly financial reporting.
