Mr. Kovner is a member of Valuation & Advisory’s Multifamily Practice Group, focusing primarily on mixed-use, multifamily, and land development properties in Southern California and Hawaii. He has appraised the majority of luxury, high-rise condominium projects, and several of the most complex, mixed-use developments, constructed in the Greater Los Angeles region over the past 10 years.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kovner worked at CIM Group as an analyst in the Investment and Development Department.
