Jacob Katz

Mr. Katz joined Meridian in 2000 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director and heads the company's Baltimore, MD office. He is a Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae specialist and one of the nation's most prolific brokers of multifamily loans with agencies, banks, and life insurance companies, among others.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Katz has negotiated more than $17 billion in financing through over 1,150 transactions across the United States.

Mr. Katz is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
