Bio
Mr. Howard is a seasoned sale professional who has participated in the advisory and placement of over $21 Billion in sales in the past thirteen years. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets in the New York Office and advises on the sale and marketing of large real estate portfolios, as well as commercial mortgage loans on the secondary market. He has served as a Transaction Manager or Co-Project Manager on more than 250 large assignments. Recent experience includes sales of real estate portfolios and all types of loans secured by varying product types throughout North America.
Mr. Howard's responsibilities include development and implementation of sales strategies, capital markets implementation, support staff supervision, institutional contract liaison, negotiation with buyers and sellers and related ancillary advisory functions. Mr. Howard oversees the valuation and underwriting portion of assignments as well as directing the execution of marketing efforts.
