Bio
Jack Friedman joined Bridge in March 2020. He is responsible for all aspects of underwriting and leasing for Bridge’s acquisitions in Seattle. Jack also assists with project marketing, coordinating debt and equity financing and the disposition process. Prior to joining Bridge, Jack worked as an Acquisitions Analyst for a publicly traded industrial REIT where he assisted in underwriting and acquiring 7.9 million square feet of industrial assets valued at $1.14B. Jack is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he was a four year Varsity Football player and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. In addition, he is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals).
