Jack Carder is an Associate Director of Mortgage Banking in Berkadia's Irvine office. He focuses on debt financing for the acquisition, refinance, and construction of multifamily properties nationwide through capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Life Company, Bridge, CMBS, and Debt Funds.Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Carder was a Loan Officer at Walker & Dunlop where he was responsible for the entire Agency loan origination. Throughout his career, Jack has been involved in over $2B of closed transactions with experience in market rate, affordable housing, value-add, lease-up, student, and seniors housing.
