Jack is a multifamily investment sales broker with the Kitty Wallace Team of Colliers, a leading multifamily investment sales team based out of Brentwood, CA. Jack brings to the table exceptional energy and vigor, and he enthusiastically welcomes a challenge. Primarily focused in the South Bay and coastal regions, Jack strives to help his clients achieve their investment goals in a manner that directly and positively impacts their day-to-day lives.Prior to joining Colliers, Jack worked at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services' top producing office in El Segundo as a South Bay multifamily broker. Less than three months after becoming licensed, Jack closed his first apartment building in Hawthorne for an impressive $451 per foot. Within a week of marketing, he and the team were able to generate 15+ offers in the middle of an election.
