Michael Strahan is a Senior Broker specializing in the marketing and sales of agricultural and transitional properties throughout Central and Southwest Florida. His expertise centers on farm, grove, ranch and transitional land with transactions exceeding 18,500 acres and $180,000,000 to date. In 2018, he won the FGCAR Deal of the Year - Land. In 2022, he won Florida Land Realtor of the Year.
After earning undergraduate and advanced degrees from the University of Florida in Agricultural Operations Management and Agribusiness, respectively, Michael began his career in multinational agribusiness. He excelled as sales and operations manager for Rainbow Flowers Imports, a company that operated farms, growers, sales and marketing in both Florida and Ecuador.
He joined Tampa-based, Eshenbaugh Land Company in 2015, to focus on real estate and start-up the agricultural sector at the prestigious real estate firm. He is continually upgrading his education, licensing and experience to better serve his clients, both buyers and sellers, with the latest approach, service and expertise toward this unique sector of real estate.
