Bio
Mr. Contreras joined The Praedium Group in 2019 and is part of the investment team, where he plays a key role in the analysis, due diligence and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets, as well as for the management and disposition of existing assets. Mr. Contreras also supports the company’s asset management team. Prior to joining The Praedium Group, Mr. Contreras worked in Investment Strategy within the HOLT group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Contreras received a B.S.B.A. in Finance (Cum Laude) and a minor in Mandarin from Northeastern University.
