Isaac Smith is a President at Colliers International | Arkansas where he specializes his brokerage work in investment properties. In addition, he, along with Todd Rice, is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the brokerage team. Isaac has worked extensively with the CapRocq family of real estate funds as well as Tempus Realty Partners, assisting in more than $400 million in acquisitions since 2012. Isaac joined Colliers International in 2003 as a broker, became a Principal in 2009 and was named President in 2017. He has been active in Arkansas Young Professionals and the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.
