Bio
Mr. Hayon joined Meridian in 2016 and currently serves as an Associate in the company's Boca Raton, FL office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, Industrial, and retail in locations including South Florida.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Hayon was a Director of Finance at Transamerican Development Corporation, where he managed all the financing for the company.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Hayon has negotiated more than $200 million in financing covering multifamily, retail, industrial, hospitality, and other property types across the United States.
Mr. Hayon holds a degree in Talmudic Law from Talmudic University.
