Imad Hatoum is a First Vice President under Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM) Division, specializing in commercial real estate lending across all asset types. Bringing 10+ years of experience to his position at Matthews™, Imad has immersed himself in every facet of the real estate financing landscape, from sourcing and securing debt, managing lenders, overseeing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and more. His impressive track record includes the origination of $700 million in loans and underwriting of over $2 billion in transactions. His expansive client relationships have established him as an industry leader and a trusted resource within the Arizona lending network.
Prior to Matthews™, Imad was a senior vice president at FirstBank, where he managed a $1 billion portfolio in the state of Arizona. In addition, he grew the company’s market share and managed a team of lenders in the residential and commercial space.
