Idan Nir, Vice President, is a seasoned real estate with over 13 years in the industry. Prior to joining Ranger Properties, Idan spent over 7 years as executive PM of a large development company in Brooklyn and then a high profile real estate firm as head of development in Manhattan main office. Idan brings a detail oriented approach to all development types and leaves his mark on all facets; from site selection and pre-development through construction, budgeting, capitalization, and ultimately to successful completion.
