Ian Weissman

Ian C. Weissman serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. From April 2014 until September 2016, Mr. Weissman served as Managing Director, Head of REIT research at Credit Suisse, and from March 2010 until April 2014 Mr. Weissman served as Managing Director, Head of Lodging and Gaming Research at Evercore ISI. Prior to that, Mr. Weissman worked as a Senior REIT analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch covering the Office and Industrial sectors, while leading Retail REIT coverage at UBS Securities from April 2000 until October 2005. Mr. Weissman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Simon Business School, University of Rochester.
