Prior To Working For Lrc, Ian Worked For Lee & Associates Nyc As The Senior Financial Analyst And Head Of The Financial Services Department. During His Time At Lee He Underwrote All Assets Classes In The Greater Nyc Metro Area With Total Value In Excess Of $1.5 Billion. His Role At Lee Was To Support Both The Newly Established Investment Sales Group And Perform Leasing Analysis For Both Office And Retail Leasing Divisions. Prior To Lee & Associates Nyc, Ian Worked For Eastern Consolidated, A Nyc Commercial Brokerage Firm, As An Associate Analyst Performing Zoning Analysis, Financial Analysis, Property Due Diligence, And Underwriting Responsibilities. Ian Has Executed More Than $100m In Total Asset Value Over His Career In The Brokerage Industry As An Analyst. Ian Is A Graduate Of The University Of Connecticut With A Ba In Economics And A Graduate Of The University Of San Diego With An Ms In Real Estate.
