Over his career, he has sold more than 3000 acres of industrial land for development. Since 2012, Ian has facilitated the sale and leasing of industrial space in excess of 13 million square feet and 440 acres of industrial land. Currently, DeVries lists more than 4 million square feet of industrial properties in the Inland Empire, making him consistently one of the most active brokers in the region.
