Hunter Moss is a Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on investment sales in New York City for more than a decade. Hunter has been involved in the sale of more than 90 properties for an aggregate value of over $1.3 billion.

In January 2013 Hunter joined Massey Knakal which was subsequently acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. During his tenure at C&W, he has worked alongside various teams and service lines to gain a wide range of skills and in-depth practical experience.

Hunter is known for his deep market expertise and unwavering client service. He approaches his clients’ needs holistically combining his knowledge and skills to provide service, not just at the asset level, but offering holistic solutions at the portfolio level. He has evaluated and sold varied properties including office, mixed-use, multifamily, retail, developable land, townhouses, commercial condo/co-ops, and air right transfers.
